None of us were there, dude. We also don’t make the decisions about if someone gets charged or not. The fact is that at this time the DA does not feel that they have the evidence required to meet all of the elements of any crimes and, therefore, they can’t charge Brandon Miller with any crimes. That’s really the bottomline.

No. The bottom line is why was Brandon Miller not suspended after knowing his teammate wanted his gun for some type of escalation. Brandon Miller didn't know whether or not it was a self defense or murder issue, but Brandon still used poor judgement to bring his teammate the gun. Since it ended up with a mom murdered then Brandon should be punished for his poor actions that night which would be removed from the school.

It's unfortunate that Brandon Miller got caught up in this, but he made the poor choice to associate himself with low lifes off the court. Brandon created his own problem and he will probably settle with the girl's family out of court to avoid a jury and additional information of being released.

"At this time the DA (IN TUSCALOOSA) does not feel...."
I seriously question almost any other DA would "feel" that way. I seriously question that this DA would feel that way if the person is question were not who he is when he is.
