re: Country music artists from SEC states

I know you young kids think modern country is country but nobody was better than Carlos Toadvine (stage name Little Elis) who could play a guitar upside down and backward. The bio below says he was from Boyle County KY but I am almost positive his people were from Bourbon County KY.

He may have been one of the best pickers I ever saw in person and if you can find the famous pic of him and the topless go go girls from the old "Boots Bar" was a classic. Not well know in the general public as he played a lot of blue venues back in the day.
