Saban doesn't make splash hires. Kiffin and Sark were seen as rehab projects coaching wise. Nobody knew how Daboll would do. Nobody cared about Locksley when he was promoted. Now every single one of those guys is a head coach. May be time to give Saban the benefit of the doubt.

Same offense.. he gets to choose plays from a system that's already in place... he'll have some levity if he's creative enough.
