Here are some way-too-early Top 30 teams projected for 2023 that could meet this criteria, just for reference:

Washington (claim a split title in 1991)
Oregon
TCU (claim a couple in the 1930s)
Utah (some claim 2008 lulz)
Oregon State
Tulane (they've won three SEC Championships)
North Carolina
Kansas State
Arkansas (claim splits in 1964 and 1977)
Wisconsin
South Carolina
Boise State
UCLA (claim a split in 1954)
Texas Tech
