Kiffin, Sark and Pendry were known as elite in their specialty areas when they came to Bama. Rees is closer to Pete Golding as far as professional accomplishments coming to Bama than he is to Sark, Kiffin, Stallings and Pendry

OC at Notre Dame is a little more accomplished than DC at UTSA. Kiffin was a walking punch line when we hired him and Sark's performance with the Falcons was considered mediocre at best.

They was all fired from coaching because they could not produce. Kiffin and Sark had the best talent in cfb at usc, but they was young and given a chance, they was considered toxic when they came to Bama

Pendry was fired from the Texans because of the shitty OL play and was considered washed up

Stalling did most of his career at Dallas as a DB coach under one of the best in Tom Landry and also under Bryant. Fired from a&m and the cardinals.

Point being they all was successful in the right environment and Rees should be given the same chance as them to prove himself.
