this is what many people asked for.
"We want our EA Sports NCAA Video game!"
"Mean old universities are exploiting these poor college kids!"
"These athletes make money for the school, they should get something in return!"
This is what you get from that. Free and unfettered transfers the second something doesn't go your way. Tampering with other school's rosters. Unlimited and uncapped payments to 17 year old recruits. It's the wild west.

Since the court has not agreed with the NCAA it seems they have said F it. I don't know how it could be regulated in a fair way. Just a mess
