Ultimately firing Napier now and hiring Cline or Chadwell I predict will end up with us firing one of them in 3-4 years.
Not that they're bad coaches but our program has been in terrible shape since Mullen's last 2 seasons.
Napier has made effort to improve some things, and I think he's done some good things off- field to help but we're pretty much stuck in neutral in a shitty place. It wasn't Napier's fault that he inherited a program in a bad place but it is on him that we seem to be stuck there. Can't say we got worse but it doesn't seem like we're really getting better either.

Napier has been terrible so far and can't even master basic game mgmt.
