re: Golding gone?

Leonhard and Muschamp seem to have the most "steam" around the rumor mills, but another name to keep an eye on is Glenn Schumann. He is currently the co-DC/LB coach at UGA and a Bama alumn. I read somewhere that he thought he was going to get the sole DC title at UGA when Lanning went to Oregon, but then Smart promoted Muschamp to co-DC/safeties.

Not sure how much truth there is to Schumann thinking he would be the sole DC, but even if that isn't the case he could still "come home" to be the sole DC at him alma mater, and not have to worry about Muschamp (who has been good friends with Smart for a long time).
