And he doesn’t like Pearl. He acts like a smug a-hole in his pressers regarding AU and I kinda like it in terms of a rivalry. The SEC needs a basketball bad boy and he certainly is that. Fun to cheer against a dickhead like that who is also a damn good coach. I like this rivalry a lot. So with all due rivalry and respect I say “frick you, Musselman” 72-59.

Dude is a great coach and players love playing for him.
But his demeanor in the last three minutes of the game was a very bad look. Guy felt things not going his way and pouted like a child when Arky could still have made a run.

I doubt it. Arkansas basketball boosters can make it hard for Texas. Especially that Texas is mostly in it for football.

Arkansas will beat Gardner Webb, San Francisco, and Harvard on the way to this year’s elite 8.

Not sure we want to hire a coach we beat by 30. But we’re going to force Arkansas to double his salary just for fun. Demotivate him just like A&M did to Jimbo.

No but the San Diego State fans in a very small arena with a few feet from the Arkansas players were talking trash all night.
Supposedly the San Diego State head coach waved bye to one of the Arkansas players up with four points at the end of the game.
San Diego State blew the lead in the final seconds and lost in OT.
Muss is a graduate of San Diego and are rivals to San Diego State. Then he coached at Nevada and played them multiple times.
Both parties hold a grudged against each other and the only thing muss did was hold up an L shape with his fingers towards the hecklers.

I love it. Heath, Pelphrey and Anderson were all nice guys, couldn’t win shite. I missed the days of the rant blowing up after beating us in hoops bc our coach rustles their jimmies. We are so frickin back and the haters are furious.
