I always like how lists like this don't take Into account that Saban was at his 5th stop then with over a decade of college and NFL head coach experience while this 7 years happens to be kirbys first ever as a head coach. Kinda scary how high the ceiling might be.

2 major flaws with this.
1. Kirby straight up carbon copied Saban/Alabama.
2. Kirby was born on 3rd base while Saban was starting with teams like Toledo.
