OL is in contact (body to body) with the DL from initial contact to the ground, At no time does the OL extend his arms away from his body and he does not impede the direction of the DL, the OL follows the direction the DL is moving, you do not see a jersey pulled or stretched. Simply holding the jersey is not a penalty. Holding the jersey with the arms extended to the point of impeding the progress of the DL is holding. I hear you. Just seems to me the OL had his right arm on the outside shoulder pad of Carter, Carter got by him and he literally tackled him. Like I said, only egregious penalties a that point. Would have been a tough call to make as a ref.
