That’s not the official record on the NCAA record books. 89-70-1 = 56%

That includes the 8 wins that were forfeited in 1993 (so instead of being 9-3-1, they were 1-12). I'm seeing his winning % as "Officially" 89-70-1 right around 55% with that adjustment.

Here is an article covering his induction into the HOF from Tide Illustrated (alabama.rivals.com) that also lists his record as 89-70-1.
