i haven't been in a math classroom in over 25 years, but I'm pretty sure 11 is still considered top 15.

i don't know anyone that's using Penn State as the "prop up" for the Big Ten
that's why they're behind all but 1 power 5 team with the same record. Which would be just the opposite of propping up.
