Priority Points / Donations in SEC?

Hello - apologies for the random thread
TCU just sent out Fiesta bowl tickets for their 12,500 allotment and our fans are pissed. Curious to learn about how the SEC does priority points and ranking for bowl tickets.
Michigan is lifetime donations.
TCU is 10-yr rolling donations (pts expire from donations 10 yrs ago)

No idea but my dad is always pissed at them for some reason or another. The argument is long time fans vs big money fans. Our boosters earn points for each year and the volume of donation.
