Freeze did mean to offend. He could've said all the things he wanted to praise Auburn without mentioning that "other school". Lane would be best served to not respond and take it out on him on the football field, but Lane is Lane.

I agree, I thought the OM references were unneeded, even if I don’t mind the ruffled feathers of the OM fans sometimes.

I certainly could be wrong, but I took Lane’s tweet as more of a jab at Auburn for not allowing Freeze on social media.

Yes, this could turn into a slap fight for the ages between two narcissists who just don't know how to stay silent. Could get ugly (hope it does).
