And you'd be correct.I googled Johns Creek 2020 census and their household income was 127k.Dont know who put the list together but it's incorrect and there's probably more places than just Johns Creek.

ETA Brookhaven also has a higher household income

Decatur as well and much higher home values.

Yeah, Alpharetta is also higher than Senoia’s numbers in Ga.

I just saw this after I responded initially and this makes a lot more sense. John's Creek is definitely a very affluent area.
