Well let me help point out the most obvious problem with this so maybe you can see the problem.
When you have a female making sexual assault claims against people involved in the program you run and had filed a lawsuit against the school that employs you I think the last thing Freeze should be doing is trying to contact this person in any way and try to get her to explain or help him understand the claims she was making. When lawyers are involved the best thing and correct way to handle the problem is to let the lawyers do the talking. All Freeze could do in that situation is make things worse and complicate the matter for the school. When lawyers get involved you have to let them handle the matter. If Freeze wanted to communicate with her then he should have had the schools lawyers contact hers and set up a meeting where both sides attorneys are present. That would be the correct way to do it but I doubt the schools lawyers would even want him to have contact with her at all because all he could do is make things worse.

This is a young lady who joined a lawsuit for money. This is a fact. According to what I read she claimed she was assaulted by a medical student. Not anyone associated with the athletic program. She didn’t report it because she assumed she would be victimized by the school. Again I could be wrong but that is what I remember reading. I could be wrong.
She has been very public since joining that lawsuit and hurling accusations in every direction that might stick. Hugh once again should’ve kept his mouth shut but he jumped in with private messages defending the AD. He should’ve left well enough alone. Now she has insinuated that Hugh and Ole Miss have been involved in sexual assaults. And coverups. That is a baseless claim and she has publicly attempted to torpedo his career because he wrongfully called her out. Did I miss a ton of steps?
