Their boosters run the show. The boosters have different sects that fight each other. Then when the admin finally stands up for themselves the boosters pull their funding and get the coach fired.

So no. They need the booster's money but don't want the boosters insight. It is not going to get fixed any time soon.

The boosters didn’t hire Harsin and they didn’t mess with his job. The administration did a poor job of hiring him then do their investigation and they were not being up front about what the investigation was.

Just like everywhere else. Where do you think the money to build the outrageous facilities and enormous stadium renovations comes from? Who do you think is ponying up these insane coaches contracts?

Just because the media says that Auburn's boosters are toxic doesn't make it true. If anything, Auburn has more "alignment" than any other school in the country. Everyone at Auburn knows who is signing the paycheck every month.
