First of all I do not think Harsin is dysfunctional, he will get another job and be successful. He was just a bad fit for Auburn and the SEC.

Lets go over why his hire was dysfunctional: A very unexperienced AD was given total power to hire the next coach by a retired University President (came back because of a fired President) who didn't care about Athletics. Now we have a very good President and a very experienced AD in the SEC. We shall see.

Please provide who you think AU will hire and explain why that is dysfunctional. I promise, I not asking for a banning bet.
