XFL is fun for off-season. Hard to believe AJ is the next best QB after NFL backups.

Gotta be a little depressing to end up there when you have had a taste of the NFL.

He played in the NFL for almost 10 years? He really never started or had meaningful playing time though did he?
I'd take his career in a heartbeat. Dude made millions as a backup.

I am surprised he is playing, maybe he hopes it will get him back into the league. It does not pay very well.

What has to eat at him is a few years ago he got the starting job at Cincinnati when Dalton got hurt. They were in the playoffs. The Bengals were going to beat the Steelers and it would be their first playoff win in decades. Then Vontez Berfect almost took Antonio Browns head off on a dirty hit and the Steelers got 15 yards and a first down and Big Ben led them down the field for the win. AJ will always wonder what he could have done in the next game in the playoff
