No legalization bill will ever pass if it doesn't allow home grow, and that's exactly how it should be.
No one, even legalization advocates, were for Arkansas' joke of a bill.
For example with Missouri's bill: 6 in flower, 6 in veg, 6 clones/seedlings. Grow your heart out.

very smart there, because as usual, it's really about a much larger issue

"they" (being both major parties) want reasons to walk into your world and dictate your life to you.
they want reasons very literally to just walk into your back yard and make your private property into an arena to expand their prison industrial complex
"they" really just want us dead, because they want the world's population to decrease by 80 percent or more. Have you all noticed that younger people, your kids, etc., are wary of having kids themselves? It's the fear of what those children would grow up in in today's messed up world, and the people who create that fear do it the frick on purpose.

They will never allow home grown use because the DOJ can't make any money off of it. That gives power to the little guy and they ain't going to let that happen.
