I’d give the nod to Kelly. Guy had an absolutely depleted roster and is most likely headed to the SECCG with a victory over Alabama.

Wouldn’t argue against Heupel though.

I think either of them would make sense, but I give the edge to Heupel for completely changing the culture. Tennessee went from one of the worst teams in the SEC the past 15 or so years to one of the best. While Oregon really let things slip badly and quickly, LSU has been at the top just a few short years ago. It's not quantifiable, but it takes a lot, on the mental side, for a coach to get beyond years and years and years of losing and get the team and program to buy in.
