Really? Then how exactly does the athletic department make money?
The fan base doesn’t make decisions on how much Saban is compensated. Your ticket price isn’t an investment in the athletic department.

I didn't say fans made the decision on how much he is compensated. If it wasn't for fans, college football wouldn't be generating the kind of money it does.
We're moving away from the original topic, fans have a right to bitch and be unhappy with the coordinators we have. I appreciate everything Saban has done at Alabama but living in the past and being unwilling to adjust is how you become mediocre. Saban has proven he is willing to adjust and I hope he is willing to do it again.
