Okay, serious answer. The same reason the Dawgs think they are world beaters because they beat Bama in January.
Bama was an actual dynasty. UGA showed up after 40 years and now tries to act they are a dynasty.

If we beat Bama outside the Championship game, I don't think we could make that claim.
