Not sure what you watched. He literally called out the playcalling as an issue. He rarely does that

He’s lost his edge. He’s apathetic. Saban 8-10 years ago wouldn’t keep such crap coordinators, he wouldn’t let his team be low energy and “anxious,” and he’d be lighting a fire under them.

Watch it again. Listen to what he says and how he says it. Then compare that to just a couple of years ago.

He never yells or gets angry when the game is tight or they are losing. The problem is this year is we are playing a lot of tight games this year.
