As for Tuberville: not kidding. I think he was one of the best to ever do it. I loved Tuberville in the booth

I remember him being pretty nice unpopular during his brief stint. I just like the unique unperfect originals like Verne lundquist and Mike Patrick etc though that add some character. And Tuberville was in that mold imo

Another great that didn’t get much of a chance was the Alabama center from the Aj mcarron days. I forget his name, but he was really good in the booth. Too many robots and try hards these days

Yeah the creepy chuckles into the microphone was pretty bad

I vaguely remember Tuberville being in the booth.
I guess he did not make much of an impression on me.

I do tend to ignore the audio unless something happens on the field and they can analyze it fairly easily.

Lot left to play out today. But even if Ohio state ends up pulling this one out, I could see them fall in the polls. So if Dawgs and vols handle their business today, we’re looking at a #1 vs #2 showdown in Athens next week sons
