Would Dan Lanning want to come back and coach in the SEC

Oregon has rebounded nicely from that first game and he has Nix playing solid football.

He would be a great fit from the Smart coaching tree somewhere like Auburn or A&M

If Oregon doesn’t get that B1G offer that they’re hoping for, I could easily see it. The Nike stuff is great and all, but anyone outside of the Power-2 is gonna be at a massive disadvantage going forward

He's good but Kenny Dillingham has been a revelation as OC. Oregon fans are wondering if we have a Chuck Pagano / Bruce Arians situation on our hands.

They have played one team with talent and lost by 7 TDs. UCLA currently has the 88th ranked recruiting class. The SEC is a different animal and separates the pretenders. This past weekend with the first top 10 match up the PAC has had since 2016.

I'm not sold on Lanning yet either. He needs a much larger body of work before those conversations start.
