But do you care about the well being of the children who weren't aborted and get put in to the foster care system? Or do you conveniently stop caring once they are born?

Dude. there is a waiting line for new obrns. The kids having a hard time being adopted are older kids thta have been orphaned or have special needs.

However, if your desire is to adopt a child from birth to 5 years old of any race or ethnicity with no physical, mental or emotional disabilities, you will be put on a waiting list. A Wait List adoptive home is an adoptive resource approved based on a pre-established inquiry date. There is no exact time frame for a family being on the Wait List as it is determined by their preference and when non-special needs children become available.
