That's what makes this move so terribly hard to understand.
Other than COVID 2020 (they were 4-3 with a bowl win) his WORST season has been 8-5. They were 9-4 last season and his worst division finish outside 2020 is second.
If there's not some off the field stuff going on, this is a "Nebraska fires Frank Solich" level move and probably going to work out the same way for Wisky as it has for Nebraska.
