They let them play for the most part. Called the game pretty fairly I think.

This is the SEC brand. If you're not Big 6, your ability to compete and beat the chosen teams is extremely limited. In many cases, it requires a decisive win that cannot be close.
A lot of us understand exactly what you're lamenting. But good luck convincing the others.
