Arkansas +17.5 vs. Alabama – Saw the stat about how Alabama has been playing a bunch of road SEC games really close in the last few years. Also the fact that Arkansas lost last week makes them more dangerous. Plus Vanderbilt spoon fed Alabama some rat poison last week.

NY Jets +3 at Steelers – For the NFL I always pick the one team that I think is a lock and then bet on the other team. It's actually a winning strategy in the long run. This week there's no way that the Steelers should just be a 3 point favorite at home over the Jets, who have been the worst team in the league this season, so therefore take the Jets.

This is the sexy pick this week. Everybody from the SEC network to Santa Clause has called an Arkansas win here.

What does close games in the last few years have to do with the team this year. Not jack squat.

I bet every week and wouldn't touch Hogs on this. Believe they are worn down and beat up....right where Bama wants them.

But then again, if they don't motivate for this game, could end up 7-5 for the season.
