I'm sorry what? He's got FSU in there and they are currently ranked 23.
If you aren't a conference winner or you aren't top 12 you shouldn't be there. Hell, there are two other ACC teams that he didn't put in who are ranked higher in Wake and NC State.

Yeah, to be honest, I don't really understand it either. It looks like he's using scheduling as his reasoning.
