That is your opinion but Iron Bowl has national appeal and is worth a lot of $$
In the SEC a ranked UK traveling to a ranked Ole Miss will get eyeballs but not at the national level, why they will show unranked LSU / Auburn game instead.

Auburn rides Bamas coat tails. Barn has everything to gain and Bama has everything to lose. Doing Barn a huge favor by playing them every year.
