It's great. I just wonder if Kirby wins a few NC's if he wants to keep doing it like Saban. His kids at that point may be grown up so maybe he is able to balance family life and coaching life. I think one thing he seems to have gotten better at is hiring assistants. Of course he did have some good situations come up with Bobo & Muschamp. But still he took a page from Saban who always seems to be bringing in fired coaches HC's.
