Since I don't see any other Longhorns fans in this thread I'll throw my hat in the ring and say I moved on a few hours after the game when aggy lost and I had something to laugh at.

Or, what about beating an unranked team in Texas by 2 instead of 1?
What if you substitute beating for losing and 1 for 14

Texas fans are just happy to see this team be competitive and play a complete game until the 60th minute. Especially in a game where a bunch of shite hadn't gone their way for the previous 59 minutes. It's been quite a while since anybody has seen Texas do that in a game not against Oklahoma or in the Alamo Bowl. We'll take that.
But hopefully the players have moved on. Feeling sorry for themselves after last year's OU game, coupled with the fact that every fan was kissing their arse and screaming "we'll see those guys again in December!" totally crippled last year's team to the tune of 5 additional losses in a row.
Now we'll see what Sarkisian's program culture really looks like.
