for you guys who can't cook bbq, invest in a big green egg. you have to try really hard to get it wrong. beef ribs can be succulent in 2 hours, brisket in 5 or 6.
chicken is fantastic, as is turkey. i don't eat pork but obviously the egg would be fantastic.
my brother just bought a cheaper knock off so i can't give it a review. a really heavy heavy-duty iron and/or brick smoker will do the same as well.

Son, beef ribs take an hour in a smoker at 275 what is this 2 hour nonsense you're not making pork ribs.
