Throwing money at these young guys is going to cause some resentment. You may have starters on the team making far less.
It may be better to go with a team full of 4 stars and even things out a bit.

I'd like to know the stats of the "success" rate of 5 stars compared to 4 stars. I'd be willing to say more 4 stars have outplayed the 5 stars.
