Auburn held an open practice and apparently it was trash...

Players were allegedly supposed to be open for the media to interview but that was canceled. Of the three QBs, T.J. Finley was the only one who looked like a halfway decent starter. This is being reported to Jim Dunaway from someone who was there.

There is none. I'm currently listening to the Twitter addition of Dunaway and Brown. They're live and someone texted Dunaway saying that Auburn's open practice didn't go well.

Interesting
so the Auburn brass declares war on the coach, makes up lies about an affair with a staffer, gets it shoved back down their throats, then fire the AD as retribution, and now all the sudden unsubstantiated rumors from fatass PTB arse lickers are being put out as news stories

why are you helping spread Auburn booster's propaganda?

You mean Zach Calazada didn’t look like a budding star?

How many times do we have to do this?Auburn has zero expectations this year, fired the AD and Coach is on the way out by Oct…..
15-0 here we come

15-0 here we come

Zach Calzada barely got any reps at all. He fricking sucks.
The QB battle is still between TJ Finley and Robby Ashford. There were a ton of missed assignments up front, causing the QB position to be in constant motion. Also dropped passes.
Point blank, the OP isn’t lying. It was very underwhelming. And bad.

That would be the most Auburn thing ever, wouldn't it?

Thanks for the update. I would ask you about Bama, but I guess the newsletter hasn't been published and you wouldn't have a clue.

Does any of this surprise you? None of Auburn’s coaches would be on a top staff except Zac Etheridge and Ike Hilliard.
No notable pickups in the transfer portal other than maybe Koy Moore who had character concerns. Harsin brought in 1 OL and allowed all of the OL to return from a pretty bad OL last year so he wouldn’t have to go out and recruit.
For Harsin to be a QB guy his choices in QBs (Finley, Calzada, and Ashford) absolutely sucks. All three are wastes of scholarships and I wish Geriner would just start for the future.

I don't know why you are so upset. I'm just reporting what I audibly heard from a credible sports journalist who covers both Alabama and Auburn.

Jim Dunaway?

I mean...you've already got a fairly reliable Auburn fan in this thread who confirmed what I posted.

Told you Calzada was terrible - yet we still won eight with him. Feeling a little better if the OL can come together

This came from the AU reporter: More than a few first-teamers rested today. Tank and Jarquez didn't do any work in team-versus-team.
