hate to break it to you Finebaum..but FACTS are that if you pull up TV ratings for Ohio State games and Birmingham, Atlanta, Orlando..the SEC..watches our games regardless of what thou doth protest in this forum.

Do you understand in the grand scheme of things this is irrelevant. The only thing that matters for any program is to win a NC. Something outside of OSU the BG1 can not and proven by the words of Warren.

Warren is so concerned the BG1 can not compete and with his new TV deals wants to prove the BG1 has good football is advocating for 16 team playoff. Why because he knows even in a 8 or 12 the BG1 may get lucky every now and then to get 2 teams in.

See all this big TV contracts for the networks now partnering with the BG1 may not last if none of their teams once playoff expansion comes never make the semis or finals. The only way the BG1 can guarantee 2 teams in the playoffs every year is with a 16 team playoff.

Again the only thing that matters in the end is winning a NC. Until the BG1 can do that on a regular basis or be a contender on a regular basis, without the conference scheming to put OSU in there like they have done lately, watching BG1 football for rating will be no different than when I was growing up kids watching cartoons every morning on Saturday. Of course the ratings will be high only because there is nothing else to watch on those channels.
