Najee ended up being 2-Time All SEC, the schools’ all time rushing TD leader, the Doak Walker Winner, and came back as a Senior to help Bama win the National Championship.

I rank Najee right up there with Derek.

This thread points to the reason why Coach Saban is the best of the best. His ability to juggle various personalities and attitudes that he inevitably has had to navigate non-stop over the last 15 yrs.

I'm sure he can be an arse to play for and work for. BUT as evidenced by Najee Harris, if a player sucks it up and stays with the process and does his job no matter how he dislikes Coach, he can win some championships and end up with a 1st round draft pick.
