Positives:
-He can run.
-Did make short and intermediate throws.
-Got the ball out quick but may not have gone through his progression.
Negatives:
-Inaccurate throws over 20 yards.
-Doesn't have the touch on shorter throws - he fast balled the throws he didn't need to.
He needs to watch the entire tenure of Alex Smith in Kansas City, that's who he should model his game off of.

Makes you really appreciate Drew Lock and his ability to drop it anywhere from 60 yards away.
Horn's videos seem to show that he can make all the throws. With his talent, (and the transfer portal always looming) I wonder if he fits in later this year.
