Question about advice he'd give to a coach coming to the SEC: That's a long answer, good question. It depends on the coach. Every coach is different so there's not one way. The football part of it, the X's and O's, no matter the level, you either understand them or you don't. It's the managing of everything else around the game. A lot of that has to do with the people that are around you. It's the same thing you tell your players: You can't do it by yourself. It takes everybody focused on the same goals and on their part.
