They actually regressed, considering they played all conference games in 2020 and bagged 3 wins, and they just had a weak OOC schedule. They also played worse in their losses in 2021 compared to 2020.
But hey you only care about this because haha Tennessee so it figures that you'd do the bare minimum research

That the PSU pedo should never have a P5 job again? That Rutgers has no standards and by hiring him with his past that they deserve to be miserable? The fact he sucks as a coach is a secondary point.
