So you quoted a post and said "now you are making accusations without evidence" but you were actually referring to some comment I made earlier? ok

He was arrested for driving while intoxicated. That doesn't inherently go away and lose all merit simply because his BAC was under the legal limit. SO when you say "he was doing nothing illegal," that is making an accusation without evidence. What there is evidence of is he failed a field sobriety test and there was weed in the vehicle. Whether or not he was legally impaired by weed is TBD
