It's a rivalry if you each hate each other. It's why Kentucky-Missouri isn't a rivalry even though it seems like we would be. Only Mizzou and Arkansas fans can decide if it's a rivalry. Frankly it seems like a natural fit for one.

I don't see it as a fit as both schools lack history with each other and don't have a general strong dislike for each other. It is forced because Arkansas and Missouri don't have any natural rivals in the SEC. Both left those rivals behind to join the SEC.
