The B16 network is Fox and another partner to be determined. If ESPN becomes that partner then things get interesting.

1. ND has to join the ACC in football if they join a conference.

2. Do they take a 50% stake in the B16 network, and then allow the B16 and SEC to pillage the ACC by canceling the exit penalty. B16 gets ND, VT and VA. SEC gets FSU, Miami, Clemson and NC.
