First of all, The Vols had one of the greatest rosters of talent of any NCAA team I can ever remember. I know you Vol fans are hurting. Just doesn’t seem fair not to be playing for it all with the talent you had and the historic season you were enjoying. I know I was in awe of the product you fielded minus the trashiness. Enjoyed watching the talent of your kids.
Having said all of that, you need to understand that baseball has a decorum. You play the game hard but respect the game and your opponent….always.
Several of your kids will get to play pro ball….a few I expect will make The Show.
They will have some hard lessons to learn and will be taught by their new teammates…but especially opposing pitchers that the game has always and will always be played with respect.
The big leagues will teach some hard lessons with some extraordinary “bean balls”!!!
Now, as fans, learn the game and demand from CTV a more humble approach to the greatest game on earth. Baseball is bigger than Vitello’s new approach to an age old game!
Take this advice from a Hog that knows!

I would be willing to bet that i probably played baseball for longer than you and know more about it. Save your boring lecturing for that little cuck fiddlehead.
Real vol fans like me don't like to be talk down to by fans of inferior teams.

Curious what we get next year. Interested to see if Tony doubles down on the villain role or chills out a little bit. At some point he’ll get too old for it or he’ll just be the baseball version of Bobby Knight

Bobby Knight had already won 2 national championships at Vitello’s age. That’s the difference. I don’t think there is as much of a problem with Vitello if he backs it up.
