No question. Miami is an NFL/NBA town. Nobody here gives a shite about college basketball and a "businessman" that also happens to be a UM booster just gave a college basketball player a sweeter endorsement deal than 95% of the player on the Dolphins or the Heat and about 98% if you want to throw in the Panthers and the Marlins. But the NCAA doesn't get to determine if that businessman made a bad investment.

They have to demonstrate market value. You can't give a kid $1 million for a single twitter post for example.
