This is where people continue to be wrong. Any enrolled student athlete was eligible for NIL deals. As much as they wanted, as many as they wanted. No cap.

You CAN NOT offer an NIL deal to a prospect. THIS is where Saban went off. Not that people were getting NIL deals, that they were being offered to high school prospects. That is illegal and has been from the start. The NCAA needs to nut up like oh say, 2001. They would get your attention back then. They haven't really punished anybody since USC in 2010.
