I would have 20 years ago.
UGA vs Auburn was competitive through the 80s and 90s.
UGA vs UF wasnt competitive in the 90s.

But things changed. Auburn is basically an ACC school hanging out with their big brother's friends.

We can't help it that we were saddled with two, craptastic coaches for the last 14 seasons.

P.S. Anyways, if the NFL can manage four divisions of four teams each for the two conferences then the SEC can make it work. Anyone telling you otherwise is just blowing smoke up your posterior. A 3/1/4 format (divisional opponents/out-of-division rival/rotational opponents) works just fine.
